THE FREDDY JONES BAND PLAYS FANNY HILL JULY 3, 2008

Snowmass Village, CO (June 30, 2008) - After a smashing summer opener with the Drew Emmitt Band, the Snowmass Summer of Free Music Series continues its sensational lineup with the Freddy Jones Band's unique blend of musical inspiration and innovation on July 3, 2008.

Bio: The Freddy Jones Band

Roots-rock specialists in the tradition of groups like the Eagles, The Band and The Allman Brothers, The Freddy Jones Band blends influences from blues, rock and folk music. Throughout the 1990s, endless touring across the U.S. helped build a loyal fan base for The Freddy Jones Band. From 1992-1999 they had five major label releases and played nearly 200-250 shows annually for 8 years. After sharing the stage with greats like Widespread Panic, Phish, Sheryl Crow, Dave Matthews Band and Matchbox 20 and a five year hiatus, the band reunited in 2005 to continue to entertain crowds across the nation.
