Located high in the Rocky Mountains, Aspen/Snowmass offers a variety of air and ground transportation services so you can easily reach your Snowmass Village getaway.
The Stonebridge Inn is about four miles away from the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport (ASE,) with major flights from United, Northwest, and America West Airlines. Ground services include rental cars and limousines for your vacation to Aspen, CO.
In addition, air access is also provided by the Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) on Continental, Delta, Northwest, United and US Airways.
Finally, for those looking to combine a vacation in metropolitan Denver with adventures in Snowmass, we're about four hours from Denver International Airport (DEN,) serviced by most major carriers, including United Airlines, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Frontier Airlines, JetBlue, Air Tran and ATA.
Complimentary shuttle service from Aspen Airport to the Stonebridge Inn is provided year round. Please call us upon your arrival from the phones in baggage claim at 970-923-2420 to request a bell staff member pick you up.

Local Transportation/Getting Around Town
Free skier shuttles offer convenient service between Aspen Mountain, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass Mountain all winter long. Visit www.rfta.com for route and schedule information.
Frequent fare bus service between Aspen and Snowmass is available in the evening after the skier shuttles stop. Service is available back to Snowmass until 2:15am for $3 per person each way. Visit www.rfta.com for route and schedule information.
The Snowmass Village shuttle makes frequent stops throughout the day at The Stonebridge Inn, connecting our guests to all the activities of Snowmass Village.

From Denver & Eagle Airports and all points east of Aspen
Follow I-70 west to Glenwood Springs. From Exit 116 at Glenwood Springs, follow the signs for Hwy 82. Follow the signs for Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. In approximately 38 miles, turn right onto Brush Creek Road at the traffic light, following signs toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area.
**Take Brush Creek Road for six miles until you enter Snowmass Village. On your right will be the Village Center and a small Conoco gas station. Take a left here onto Wood Road. Take an immediate right at the fork in the road on to Carriage Way. We are located approximately 2 1/2 blocks up the road on the left hand side--directly across from parking lots #1 and #2.
Alternate Summer Route from Denver & points east of Aspen over Independence Pass
Take Colorado Highway 24 from the north or south (or Route 91 south from Copper Mountain off of I-70 to Hwy. 24). Turn west on Hwy. 82, crossing Independence Pass, and follow Hwy. 82 through Aspen and out of town past the airport. Approximately 4 miles west of Aspen, turn left onto Brush Creek Road at the traffic light, following signs toward Snowmass Village/Snowmass Ski Area. Follow above directions from Brush Creek Road.**
PLEASE NOTE: Independence Pass is open only in the summer months, generally from Memorial Day Weekend through the end of September. Snowfall may change these dates. While it is a paved 2-lane highway, in places it is extremely narrow, winding, and exposed and should be driven cautiously.
