These Aspen Snowmass meeting packages help you easily plan your event or conference in Snowmass Village. These rates are available in Summer 2024 and 2025. We can also customize a program based on your needs. Book your group and select two perks!

Welcome Amenity for each guest.
1 Hour Welcome Reception.
2.5% room Revenue Rebate or donation to the charity of your choice.
AV package up to $500 which includes LCD projector, screen, podium, wireless microphone, and house audio.
Group Transportation to and from Aspen Airport.
$25 Snowmass Restaurant & Retail Credit per room.
All groups that qualify and book will also receive a $5.00 per night per room rebate (sponsored by Snowmass Tourism).
