Meeting Packages
These Aspen Snowmass meeting packages help you easily plan your event or conference in Snowmass Village. These rates are available in 2021 for 2021. We can also customize a program based on your needs.
Rocky Mountain High
This package is based on a minimum two night stay in summer, four night stay in winter, for 20+ people, and includes per person:
- Welcome amenity basket loaded with locally produced snacks
- Meeting break that includes antipasto platter of locally smoked meats, the local's favorite spinach dip, a create-your-own trail mix bar, local craft beer, and locally made soda
- A "Haute Route Hut Trip" dinner that includes a 3 entrée buffet with local specialties Colorado Bison Meatloaf, Ruby Red Trout, and Cider Braised Pork Belly
- A guided snowshoe hike, river rafting adventure, or downhill bike tour depending on the season with gratuity, transportation, and lunch/snacks included
- Room rates start at $99 in the summer and $109 in the winter. Some blackout dates will apply.
- AV package, site fee, and room rental
Rates are based on availability and some blackout dates will apply. Starting from $580/pp in summer, and $892/pp in winter inclusive of room rates and based on minimum length of stay.

Book a meeting with a minimum of ten rooms per night for two nights as well as the below food and beverage minimum and receive one of these great deals:
- $2,000 to $6,000 in food and beverage......pick 1 perk
- $6,000 to $10,000 in food and beverage......pick 2 perks
- $10,000+ in food and beverage.......pick 3 perks

$99 Meeting Package
$99 per Person, per Day Includes:
- Meeting room rental and set-up fees
- Breakfast or lunch and (1) coffee break with coffee, soft drinks, and snack
- In-house audio visual equipment provided by the hotel
- Valid for groups with ten people or more
- Rooms rates are in addition and vary depending on size of group and time of year
